Referring a patient to BSPS is straightforward. Here is what to expect:

- Direct the patient: Patients and families can also self-refer by contacting us directly
2. We Schedule the Evaluation
Our team will contact the patient or family to schedule a comprehensive evaluation at a convenient time. We accommodate urgent referrals whenever possible.
3. Comprehensive Evaluation
We conduct a thorough evaluation and provide a detailed written report, including findings, clinical impressions, and recommended treatment plan. Reports are written in clear language that is useful for both professionals and families.
4. Ongoing Communication
With the patient's consent, we will share evaluation reports and progress updates with you directly. We welcome collaboration and are available to discuss cases, answer questions, or participate in interdisciplinary care meetings.
About Mary Billings, MS, CCC-SLP, COM
Mary Billings is the founder and clinical director of BSPS. She is a nationally recognized educator and clinician with specialized expertise in orofacial myofunctional therapy, feeding therapy, and tethered oral tissues.
